At The Tiny Room Supper Club, I’ve always believed that the best stories begin at the table.
With Bunny’s Banchan Buffet, I wanted to celebrate spring — a season of renewal, softness, and sharing.
Easter felt like the perfect moment to bring people together, and I found its spirit mirrored in the Korean tradition of banchan — small, flavorful dishes meant to be shared from the center of the table.
Unlike Western dining, where everyone has their own plate, banchan invites us to eat together — to pass dishes, make eye contact, and fall into an easy rhythm of conversation.
Through this supper, I hoped to share that warmth of Korean hospitality — where every dish carries a story and togetherness is the main ingredient.
